There’s no sign-up and no profile. billit never asks for your name, email, phone number, or contacts. The bills you enter and the names you type just stay on your device.

billit has no server to call, so it makes no network requests. It works exactly the same in airplane mode: no background sync, no telemetry, no “phoning home.”

billit has no analytics, no ads, and no third-party tracking tools. Nobody’s taking notes on how you use the app.

When you send a split, billit hands it to whatever app you pick (Messages, Mail, and so on) through the standard iOS share sheet. From there you’re the one sending it, and it’s covered by that app’s own terms. billit isn’t involved once it leaves your hands.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, that backup may include billit’s data, the same way it does for your other apps. The backup is your own, handled by Apple under your settings. Deleting the app removes its data from your device.

billit is safe for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, children included.

If this ever changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We have no way to email you about it (we don’t collect that), so the honest answer is to check back here.
